We're looking for a sharp, resourceful operator to lead Klinkeo's expansion across Europe. You'll own the go-to-market strategy, build partnerships with early adopters, and shape how we position Klinkeo in new markets. This is a founding role — you'll work directly with the CEO and have a real impact on the trajectory of the company.
Design and execute the European launch playbook — from market prioritization to partner acquisition.
Identify, reach out to, and close early-stage partnerships with Stripe account holders across key EU markets.
Build and manage outbound campaigns targeting both partners and businesses.
Define KPIs and reporting for launch performance across regions.
Work with product to adapt the platform for EU-specific compliance and payment flows.
Represent Klinkeo at industry events, webinars, and online communities.
3+ years in growth, partnerships, business development, or strategy — ideally in fintech or payments.
Strong understanding of the European payments landscape and Stripe ecosystem.
Proven track record of launching products or services in new markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
Self-starter mentality — you don't wait for instructions, you figure it out.
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with ambiguity.
